Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) Training at Anything Helps
At Anything Helps, our CPRS training program is rooted in lived experience, community care, and harm reduction. This 46-hour training prepares participants to become Certified Peer Recovery Specialists who can offer nonjudgmental support, advocacy, and guidance to individuals navigating substance use, mental health, and recovery. Our curriculum emphasizes cultural responsiveness, ethics, trauma-informed care, and multiple pathways to healing.
Tuition for the training is $850, but we are committed to keeping it accessible.
Financial Assistance Options:
-
We offer a $200 discount for individuals who may be facing financial barriers.
-
Additionally, if you're passionate about the work and able to give back, you can volunteer 50 hours at our outreach events or drop-in center, and we will cover your full training cost. This requires an interview process and can be requested in the "Interview" tab. This is a program with limited spots. If approved training will be scheduled after volunteer hours have been completed.
